What is ZATCA Phase 2 (e-invoicing)?
ZATCA Phase 2 requires all B2B invoices to be cryptographically signed, validated by Fatoora in real time, and archived for 5+ years. Non-compliant invoices are rejected and subject to penalties. Wave 24 companies must comply by June 30, 2026.
Is my company covered by Wave 24?
Wave 24 covers companies with annual revenue above SAR 5 million. If you're unsure, our team can verify your compliance deadline in 24 hours.
How long does integration take?
